This place was the lounge of the hi-tech Park, after remold by the designer which showed a 5M storey height commercial space, there comes two parts of Cafe and Maker space in order to achieved maximize value.  The glass ceiling makes building and natural environment well matched, and brought a feeling like stay a garden when guests comes into.

　　本项目原为园区人员流通过道，经过设计师的改造，变成挑高5米多的商业空间，为了实现商业价值利用最大化，分为两层空间，一楼为咖啡厅经营区，二楼为设计创客工作空间。从挑高的玻璃天花，让人一入门便能感受到建筑物本身与自然环境相互融入的协调，站在中央处屋顶下方环状空间让人仿若置身于花园深处。

To respect the original natural and plants in the park, the designer propose concrete texture and steel material, and parts adopt vertical greening wall space and wooden material to represent a leisure loft style. Green building is not only a technical progress of social evolution but also to improve human being and environment resource.

　　本案尊重原有园区项目地的自然地景与绿植，融入自然休闲与清新的风格，在构造上采用清水混凝土及钢板材料，局部采用垂直绿化植物墙及原木材料修饰外，整栋建筑则以休闲工业LOFT为设计理念来打造。自然建筑不仅是单纯技术的社会进化过程，也是希望藉此改变人与环境的优质生态。

For match up with the Maker theme, the designer create three kinds of meeting space to meet different commercial demands, combined with natural, commercial and art to improve the whole aesthetic of space.

　　为了配合创客主题，设计师打造了三种不同情境的会议空间以满足各种商业需求，将自然、商业与艺术紧密结合。设计师的创意，使艺术融入环境与工作之中，达成整体美感的提升。
