The penthouse interiors, designed by New York-based design firm Pembrooke & Ives, will feature private outdoor space and gas fireplaces. The design aesthetic will be similar to the residences in the existing building, but with a contemporary flair.
顶层公寓将设有私人电梯平台和通往阳光充足的客厅和餐厅的正式入口门厅。
The penthouses will feature private elevator landings and formal entry foyers that lead to sun-filled living and dining rooms.

The thoughtfully designed kitchens feature white lacquer and stained oak cabinetry complemented by Calacatta Gold countertops and backsplash. An integrated suite of top-of-the-line appliances by Gaggenau, Miele and Sub-Zero completes the kitchen, including modern finishes by Pembrooke & Ives.

The generously proportioned primary bedroom suites feature oversized primary baths dressed in floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Gold, Nero Gold and Tundra Grey marble tiles accented by Haisa marble mosaics. The bathroom also offers Lefroy Brooks fixtures throughout, a free standing soaking tub, double sink vanity and radiant heated floors.
