Gaysorn Amarin is an urban regeneration project in Central  Bangkok.  Bounded on the  north  by the elevated sky 

bridge connection, and on the West by the Grand Hyatt Hotel and the Four Face Buddha monument , this renovation 

and repurposing of a 19 8 0 ’s shopping  mall , w hile  creating  a  green , sustainable new retail and lifestyle landmark 

that integrates the  urban fabric . A study of  passive ventilation by bringing natural air breezes through one- third of the retail volume, was realized by removing the existing curtain wall, carving out floors tabs to create large open green verandahs , and allowing wind to move through the space . 

The revolution sustainable design results in Gaysorn Amarin being a rejuvenated urban pocket in the center of the city.

项目是曼谷市中心的一个城市更新项目 。该项目北靠高架人行天桥，西临君悦酒店和四面佛碑 。此次是对一座建于 20 世纪80年代的购物中心进行了翻新和重新规划，旨在打造一个绿色 、可持续的新型零售与生活方式地标 ，使其可以融入城市肌理 。通过移除现有幕墙 、在楼板上开凿空间打造大型露天绿色平台 ，让自然风得以流动覆盖至三分之一的零售空间 ，实现了被动式通风系统 。这种创新性的可持续设计让 Gaysorn Amarin项目成为了市中心一个充满活力的都市窗口。

The exterior of the building retains the original classical features of a Roman forum , while floor s lab s and curtain walls are removed to create a naturally ventilated green “garden ” visible from the road and sky bridge, serving as the food and beverage anchor of the  building . ( The re tail  branding for  L V was integrated by the tenant.) The original interior atrium is re-generated into an event “forum ”with a historic skylight structure preserved and protected by a new weather tight enclosure above it. A third internal volume was carved out to house the escalators that connects e-commerce retail and the food court.

建筑外观保留了罗马广场的经典建筑元素，拆除了楼板和幕墙 ，使人们可以从道路和人行天桥就能看到自然通透的绿色 花园 - 这里是大楼的餐饮核心区域（路易威登的零售品牌由租户整合） 。原本的内部中庭被改造成一个活动广场，那历史 悠久的天窗结构得以保留，并在其上方新建了一个防雨外壳 加以保护 。大楼内部还开辟出第三个空间， 用于安装连接电 商零售区和美食广场的自动扶梯。
