AIM ARCHITECTURE focuses on original and high quality solutions in design and architecture.We try to find solutions that derive uniqueness from being exceptionally
dedicated to the design problem.We are based in Shanghai from where we operate since 2005. Wendy Saunders and Vincent de Graaf are the principals of AIM.

要求Qualifications:
1.室内设计及相关专业毕业Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related majors
2.至少五年以上的室内设计工作经验At least 5 year working experience in interior design
3.熟练使用AUTOCAD,3DMAX等设计软件Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3DMAX
4.极佳的手绘及空间布局能力及感觉Excellent free hand sketching, concept sketching and space planning skill
5.良好的演示技巧，并能与客户进行良好的沟通解释Excellent presentation and client facing skill
6.有过实际的概念设计，概念深化设计，扩初设计经验，并能够把握项目设计的细节部分 Proven performance at concept design, schematic design, design development and details design stages of projects
7. 流利的英文沟通能力Fluent in English
8. 对施工熟悉了解Good knowledge of construction detailing
9. 团队合作精神Spirit of teamwork

“希望中国会涌现出越来越多的生态建筑。”是Wendy Saunders和Vincent de Graaf于2005年在上海建立AIM恺慕建筑设计的初衷。8年来，AIM搭建了一支由中外建筑师、室内设计师和景观设计师等组成的具有疯狂创造欲望的专业队伍。他们的目标是创造美、自由应用、智能建造、原创性和可持续性。实现了多项城市规划项目、商用和住宅建筑设计项目和各类室内设计任务。
Wendy Saunders principal, architect
Graduated her master in Architecture in Ghent, Belgium and practiced for 10 years, mostly in front running architecture offices in the Netherlands before coming to China. In Shanghai she worked for a China based Australian company before she found AIM Architecture.
Vincent de Graaf principal, architect
Graduated a master in interior design in Maastricht and a master degree in architecture and urban planning in Amsterdam. His nearly 20 years of working experience stretches over many respected office in design, architecture and urban planning in Europe and China. In 2005 he founded AIM Architecture together with Wendy Saunders
