International Architect

Essential Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• At least 5 years full-time work experience. Experience abroad or with international firms would be an advantage. 

• Experience in all fields of Architectural Design and Master-planning, from conception to completion.

• Versatile individual, with innovative design ideas.

• Clients and consultants liaison experience.

• Excellent portfolio of projects.

• Enthusiastic, open minded, with excellent presentation skills.

• Organizational skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office package.

• Good written/spoken English is a must. Chinese would be an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Managers and Project Architects in order to carry out design work.

• Carry out research and analysis as needed for a project.

• Design and drafting role from Concept to Construction drawings, including production of information for projects (CAD drawings, Sketch Up models, presentations, etc.).

• Involvement in multiple projects if required.

• Completing design and drafting assignments.

• Assisting in the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages.

• Assisting project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy and dealing with Clients, Local Authorities, Design Institutes, external consultants and contractors.

• Site attendance and business trips as needed (overnight stays required).

• Implement Company Quality System throughout the jobs, and contribute to the overall implementation of office procedures.

• Implement continuous development of own skills and expertise.

• Attend design and production meetings in/out of the office with project architects and project managers when required.

Senior Interior Designer (Italian or International)

ProgettoCMR (Beijing) is welcoming applications for an Senior Interior Designer (Italian or International) position for our Beijing office.

Responsibilities: 

- working with chief Architects in order to develop suitable interior design strategies.

- Carrying out research and analysis as needed for a project.

- Hands on design role from Concept to Construction drawings. 

- Liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Local Authorities. 

- Interiors design team management.

- Site supervision as needed.

- Some travelling within China required.

Requirements: 

- Master Degree (or alternatively Bachelor's degree) in Architecture or Interior Design, with above 8 years work experience. 

- International experience would be preferable, as well as familiarity with the Chinese market. 

- Strong interior design skills and creativity. 

- Good presentation skills. 

- Excellent portfolio of interior design projects, both in Classical and Modern/Contemporary style. 

- Site Experience. 

- Team management skills.

- Familiar with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc 

- Experience of 3D software such as Studio Max, Sketch-up preferred. 

- Good hand drawing skills. 

- Strong attention to detail. 

- Excellent organizational skills.
