Two of the UK's best-known entrepreneurs have collaborated on a central London property project, creating five of the city’s most unique apartments.

Lord Sugar has appointed interior designer Kelly Hoppen MBE and her firm to design two apartments in a building he owns in St James's, a short distance away from the Ritz Hotel. The apartments are part of five that Lord Sugar's Amsprop firm are developing in Bennet House in the exclusive SW1A postcode.

The two apartments that Hoppen has designed are two and three-bedroom properties, with en- suites in all bedrooms and the Master Bedrooms offering the eventual owners walk-in wardrobes. The apartments have large living areas, fitted carpets, timber flooring and cloakrooms. One of the apartments is split over two levels, with a living space, bar area and large terrace on the top level of the building.

Applying her 40 years knowledge to the property the exquisite apartments will include individual elements that enhance the bespoke layouts complemented with textures and styling options that are reflective of their luxurious London location."
