毛明镜:合肥绿都·少荃府售楼处设计
建筑方案中灰白墙面和三墙面的设计试在传达一种精神层面的徽派建筑神韵,室内结合建筑呈现一种禅意东方的空间表达方式(通过空间的收与放、围与合像苏州园林中的先抑后扬的手法运用在空间形态中,室内希望去呈现在精神层面上中国文人对于奢华的理解,并且希望这个售楼处可以用到5-10年永不褪色,可能五年以后的感觉会更好能有一些时间的痕迹存在。
The grey and white walls and three-wall design convey the charms of Hui-Style Architecture in the spiritual level, and demonstrate the oriental spatial expression with the interior parts of the building (adopting close-open technique like that used in Classical Gardens of Suzhou in space design). The interior design aims to demonstrate Chinese scholars’ understanding of luxury in the spiritual level. We hope that the Sales Center can last for five to ten years without fading. It may even look better five years later as there will be traces of time.
设计希望用一个更加国际化的手法表达当代中国文人的精神和居住生活,项目中的中式不一定是用中式格栅去传送而是想在客户体验中通过移步换景的转化带来戏剧性的对比来体现东方人比较内敛含蓄感觉。
The design hopes to display the spirits and residential life of modern Chinese scholars via a more international method. The Chinese elements will not necessarily be demonstrated via Chinese grilles. The scenes change at every step instead of dramatic contrasts, which enables the clients to feel the restrained and implicit characteristics of the oriental people.
入口处运用徽派文化中虚与实的手法穿插在空间中,传递东方人独有的情怀和气质是一种比较含蓄、朦胧的感觉。走进售楼处,映入眼帘的便是安徽黄山的标志性景观,中国雕塑艺术家史金淞先生的迎客松题材的雕塑作品呼应背景云雾山水之意境,以隐居之所为灵感,闹中取静,将喧嚣的城市隔绝开来。
The entrance of the Sales Center adopts the virtual and reality technique of the Hui-style culture, conveying oriental people’s unique feelings and temperament, quite implicit and indistinct. Entering the Sales Center, the iconic landscape of Huangshan in Anhui Province will map into people’s eyes. The Guest-Greeting Pine themed sculpture by the Chinese sculpture artist Mr. Shi Jinsong echoes with the cloudy landscape on the background. Inspired by the hermitage, the office separates itself with the noisy city.
“望山、望水、望星辰”深入其中,通透与灵动的流线中日本当代艺术家的雕塑作品(星の约束)跃入眼前,虚实转换的麋鹿造型尾部线条虚入天际,呼应其背后玻璃窗外清幽的园林景观。东方特有的水墨画技法颜色通过低饱和度让空间形成开与合,又窄又高的空间形成像廊一样的感觉,随后把空间收窄以后再次放大空间形成移步换景的效果或者是说先抑后扬的效果。
“Sceneries of Mountains, Waters and Stars” can be seen when you walk further inside. You will also notice the sculpture of a modern Japanese artist, with insightful and flexible lines. The tail line of the elk sculpture which adopts generalization and concretization techniques dashes into the sky, echoing with the tranquil landscape outside the glass window behind it. The unique oriental ink wash painting techniques enable the space to open and close via low-unsaturation colors. The narrow and high space offers a sense of corridor. Then the space greatens again, enabling the scene to change at every step, i.e. the so called “close-open” effect.
在这里面没有用任何一个东方元素的具象符号而是更愿意运用符合当代人生活的手法去营造一个印象东方。空间上通过窄窄的廊道再看到一个大尺度空间,尽可能的去拉伸空间,希望这个空间给客户的是一个比较亲和力、包容性的环境,客户在这里看到的不仅仅是一个楼盘而是空间呈现给客户心灵上的洗涤能够在这静下感受空间、景观、建筑带来的空间氛围。
There is no representational symbol of oriental elements. It creates an oriental impression with methods more in line with modern people. In terms of space, the clients will see a big space which we try our best to enlarge after the narrow corridor. We hope to offer a friendly and inclusive environment. The clients can not only see a building, but also refresh their minds. They can settle down and feel the atmosphere brought by the space, sceneries and building.
“听风、听雨、皆闲情”,形似落叶飘花的主吊灯,高低垂挂在当代建筑物沙盘上方,叶片造型琥珀色,凌乱中错落有序,似花似雪飘洒其中。同时将它进行了艺术的加工和阵列处理,让它给人以无限的想象空间
“Listen to Wind and Rains with Leisurely Mood”. The fallen leaves/floating flowers-shaped main hold pendant lamp hangs right above the sand table of modern buildings. The amber fallen leaves scatter orderly, looking like flowers and snows. We have also given it artistic and array processing, leaving people with infinite imaginations.
水墨风随处可见,洽谈区不经意一个低眸,VIP隐与其后的折叠屏风,高山留水的壁画装置,沉溺在竹帘遮挡的斑驳光影中。
The ink painting style can be seen everywhere. The folding screen with VIPs sitting behind and mural device showing water running down the mountain can be seen in the mottled shadow behind the bamboo curtain when you carelessly lower your eyes.
地面石材概念来源于故宫久经历史的沧桑感,是一种具有人文气息又很有品质的材质,石材是酸洗面是用手去酸洗定制出来的效果,材质运用上希望有一些手工工艺的存在达到回归中国传统手工艺的感觉让材质更有深度和人文气息。
The stone used on the ground is inspired by the sense of history of the Forbidden City, with both humanism atmosphere and sense of quality. The customized surface of the stone is pickled via acid, which is traditional Chinese technique, making it more insightful with more cultural atmosphere.
大厅墙面的石材也是水洗面,大理石做完以后再做墙面处理不会那么光而是像用过很长时间的效果。大面积采用富有肌理感的石材材质,能烘托出了一种自然洗礼的氛围。
The stone walls in the halls also adopt the above acid washed surface. The walls look like having been used for a long time. Adopting stones with a sense of texture in lots parts of the building demonstrates a sense of natural baptism.
