.  自十八世纪六十年代工业革命起，用机械替代人力，工厂制代替了手工工场，钢铁机械与水泥墙的运用成为了这个时代的标志。

        在进入2000年后，随着时代的变迁过度装饰的空间消耗着大量的资源，并带来了普遍的审美疲劳。随着工作与生活节奏的加快，人们开始寻求质朴纯粹的美感体验。

Since 2000,with the changes of the times, excessive decoration consumes too much resources so that it brings us general aesthetic fatigue As the pace of work and life accelerated, people began to seek simple and pure aesthetic experience. 

        在与客户分析此项目的产品特点与主要客群定位时，充分考虑了客户美式食物咖啡及酒吧的产品特性，并将主要受众群定位在年轻客群。从装饰的角度我们希望营造一个可以兼顾轻松用餐、下午茶以及晚间酒吧的空间，最终确定使用更为开放自由的工业风格来作为设计的主线。

When analyzing the product characteristics and main customers location of the project, we fully considered the characteristics of the customers' American food coffee and bar products, and targeted the main audiences in the young customers. From the perspective of decoration, we hope to create a space for relaxing meals, afternoon tea and evening bars, and finally decide to use more open and free industrial style as the main line of design.  

        在设计手法上使用钢结构呈现工业时代机械的美感，并对全开放的顶面做了管道的重新规划，使其在开放的空间感上避免杂乱，大面积的墙面使用粗糙的水泥质感，配以独特的打光方式达到朴实粗犷的质感。

The use of steel structure of industrial age of mechanical beauty in the design methods, and the top surface of the entire opening do re planning the pipeline, so that in the sense of open space to avoid clutter, a large area of the wall using cement rough texture, with unique lighting methods to simple rough texture.

        因工业风格的整体质感较为厚重，设计师在空间中运用暖色系的灯光以及彩色的面光源使空间更符合年轻客群对轻松氛围的诉求。Because the overall quality of industrial style is very heavy, designers in the space use warm colors and colorful light sources to make space more suitable for young customers to relax atmosphere.

        在桌椅的布局中打破常规中规中矩的形式，通过多样的就餐形式以及看似随性的摆布方式，使聚会与散客都能合理的使用空间的同时，均能感受到设计师为空间所设计的工业与时尚、趣味相互融合的氛围。

In the tables and chairs in the layout of the form of formal break the normal procedure through a variety of forms, and seemingly casual dining at the mercy of the party, and the individual can reasonable use of space at the same time, can feel the designer for the space industry and fashion, taste of mutual integration of the atmosphere.

        在平面布局时福木设计充分考虑业主对下午茶业态的需求，在入口处设置了内退仿户外的形式，一方面使空间更富层次，同时使入口更具亲和感。在服务动线与顾客动线上做了合理的规划，使餐厅无论在用餐时段或下午茶、酒吧时段都能将人力最优化。

The plane layout of Fu Mu design fully consider the needs of the owners of the tea industry, the back in the form of imitation outdoor set at the entrance, on the one hand the level of more space, while the entrance more affinity. Make reasonable planning in line with the customer service line, the restaurant in the dining hours or afternoon tea time, the bar can be human optimization.
