2015年，HPP获得和睦家丰尚门诊部室内设计项目的设计权，历经两年的努力，如今其室内的改造及装修已经完成，并正式开始对外营业。

HPP won the bid of interior design project for United Family Fengshang Clinic in 2015. Through two years of efforts, the interior renovation and decoration work has already been completed, and now Fengshang Clinic has officially started its business.

　　和睦家医疗是在华具备高水平的开拓性医疗结构，它坚守国际标准的医疗品质，创造以患者为中心的家庭式就医环境。其丰尚门诊部位于上海丰尚国际生活中心内，与上海美国学校、上海国际网球俱乐部毗邻。该门诊部建筑面积为608㎡，主体建筑一层、局部二层，设有全科、儿科、妇产科、口腔科、心理健康中心、化验室、X光检查、药房等完备的医疗空间。

United Family Healthcare is a pioneering medical agency of high standard in China. Based on international medical quality, it creates home style medical environment for its patients. United Family Fengshang Clinic, located in Shanghai Fengshang International Living Center, is adjacent to Shanghai American School (SAS) and Shanghai International Tennis Club. It has a total construction area of 608㎡, with a one-floor main body and a two-floor auxiliary building.  Integrated medical space includes departments of general practice, pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, stomatology, mental health care center, chemical lab, X ray room, pharmacy and etc.

　　HPP设计的核心理念是强调人性化的医疗空间体验，满足患者的生理及情感诉求。首先，我们将复杂空间的功能需求进行理性梳理，除却承重墙保留不动，其余所有隔墙均被拆除，按照空间的重新划分后建立，最大程度地集约设置了各科诊室及服务空间，在极有限的尺度内实现多样化医疗功能排布，帮助业主创造出所有需要的空间。

The key concept of HPP design is to put humanized medical space experience in the first place, so that to satisfy patients’ physical and emotional needs. First, we rationally arrange the space according to its functional complexity, except for the load bearing wall, all other partition walls are dismantled and re-ranked along space divisions, which can realize multi-functional medical rooms in limited space, to help our clients create all necessary space, intensively containing medical rooms and service rooms to a great extent.

　　“人性关怀”对HPP的设计师而言并不是流于表面的浅白宣言，而是深入体察，理解医疗空间的气质属性后，将相应设计手法植入空间的精细过程：我们以圆形为母题，衍生至各个空间节点作为系列群落，从主入口前厅、护士站、各科诊室、咨询台乃至化验室、药房……形成一个良性闭环的结构，如同患者进入和睦家，从身带病痛到接受完善治疗再到痊愈新生一样，空间的设计也契合了生命周而复始、循环不息的过程。

“Humanistic concern” is not only a shallow statement to our HPP designers, but a process of applying related design into specific space after deep exploration of medical space characteristics. Themed as circles, a series of space divisions form a virtuous closed loop containing entrance hallway, nurse station, medical rooms, information desk, chemical lab, and pharmacy, where patients can enjoy the feeling of reborn after getting ill, taking medical treatment, and finally being cured. The space design totally corresponds to the life style of repeating in endless circles.

　　医疗空间对卫生清洁的要求标准极高，卫生死角更是医疗清洁的一大难题。面对这一专业要求，设计师决定从源头减少卫生死角，其中，一体化的家具定制设计是非常有效的途径。举例来说，和睦家丰尚门诊部的所有操作台的手盆均设置在台下，手盆边缘与操作台整体严格持平且无缝衔接，不仅杜绝了卫生死角，并且将工作台与清洁的功能合而为一，最大化地节约了空间。

The medical space has a very high standard on sanitary. Spots hard to clean are always difficulty for medical sanitary, based on which our designers make a few decisions to deal with these spots from the source, one of which is effectively integrated furniture design of haute couture. For example, all operational basins are installed under the table, the edge of the basins will keep paralleled to the whole table with a seamless joint, which not only combines the functions of operation and sanitation, but also save a lot space to some extent.

　　室内设计的另一大亮点是：在和睦家丰尚门诊部中，几乎没有直角或锐角的家具，所有患者触手可及的物体全部被打磨为圆角。从设计心理学而言，圆形的物体给人以温和圆润的感受，会诱发人们亲近的欲望，我们的手和大脑实时感受这个世界，触摸到物件表面的同时也会接收到它所带给我们内在情绪和感受，设计师配合以柔软蓬松的家具材质打造人性化的空间，令丰尚门诊部充满了安全可靠、令患者安心信任的氛围。

Another attracting point is: there is barely any furniture of right angles or sharp angles. All the objectives that patients can reach are polished with round angles. Regarding design psychology, round objectives can bring people feeling of mild and gentle; it will burst the lust of intimacy. Our hands and mind feel this world at the same, and we can receive the internal emotions and feeling they give us when we touch them. Our designers build the space of humanity with some soft and fluffy furniture, filling Fengshang Clinic atmosphere of being safe, reliable and relived.

　　根据色彩心理学，HPP配合和睦家品牌视觉识别系统的钴蓝色进行了延伸设计，将浅、中、深三种蓝色赋予空间及家具表面，突出医疗环境整洁、明透的色彩环境。我们更将本为冷色系的蓝色的纯度降低同时提高明度，不仅丰富了空间色彩的层次，更加强人们对和睦家品牌的认知。

Regarding of color psychology, HPP applies cobalt blue from United Family VIS into extensive design, painting three different colors (light, medium, dark) on decorations, as well as on furniture, which demonstrates neat fresh and colorful medical environment. Debating purity and improving lightness of cold color blue not only enriches layering of space color, but also promotes the recognition toward United Family.

　　设计师在医疗空间每一件装修材料的选择上都极为谨慎。例如我们选择的PVC塑胶地板是无污染的高级卷材，其甲醛的释放率极低，可挥发性VOC只有正常材料的1%，达到医用级别，对人体没有任何危害；另外，其抗污能力也很出色，医用消毒液不会腐蚀地板，清洁也更为容易。

Our designers are extremely careful about every decoration material for medical space. For example, PVC plastic floor we choose is a zero contamination high leveled steel coil, harmless to human body, with an extremely low level of formaldehyde releasing rate, volatile VOC of 1% of the other nominal materials, which completely achieves the medical standard. Besides it owns outstanding characteristic of pollutant-resistance. Medical disinfectant will not corrode the floor, which makes it much easier to clean.

　　值得骄傲的是，和睦家风尚门诊部的室内施工执行度极高，近乎完美地达成设计师为业主所设想的每一个细节。人情化的建筑，为空间赋予皮肤般的温度和质地，和睦家丰尚门诊部用最自然的阳光、空气和设计细节为患者创造安宁舒适的疗愈氛围和贴近心灵的情感关怀。

What is worthy of pride is we have an utmost execution degree of interior construction for United Family Fengshang Clinic and every little detail comes exactly like what our designers picture. Humanized architecture is designed with space which feels tender and mild just like our skin does. With most natural sunlight, air, and design details, United Family Fengshang Clinic brings patients treatment atmosphere of peace and serenity, and care about their hearts and emotions.
