在这座忙碌喧嚣的城市268米上空

以水为牵，以云为引，看日月交替，随岁月流转，

寻得那份“水喧明镜里，云落画屏中”独有的空灵与静谧。

这是一个有故事的空间，每一分每一秒，光与影的衔接交替，人、空间、自然都能留下属于自己的专属时光，似一幅画卷，书绘着自己的故事……

于无声处，光影随行

进入空间就进入了光影随行的世界。

项目位于北京望京绿地，由四套公寓，连续打通贯穿，形成一个总体约1220平方米，距地海拔268米的高层会所空间。因地理的优势，设计师希望借以中国古典园林的手法，将窗外的景致借到室内，让外部景观室内化，打造出一个随分秒、随日月、随四季不断变化的空间景观环境。

The 1220-square-meter clubhouse based on a connection of four breaked-through apartments is located in Wangjing Greenland Center, Beijing, with an elevation of 268 meters. Due to the geographical advantage, the designer hopes to use a Chinese traditional gardening method named “JieJing(借景)”,which means to introduce the scenery outside the window indoors, thus building up an interior landscape space that varies with the ticking away of time,with the changing sun and the moon, and colorful four seasons.

水与云作为设计主题，贯穿着整个空间，引导人们进入空间与空间形成互动，交替成景，为空间架构起新的“空间内涵”。从进入空间的那一刻起，就有无数的光影关系等待着你。随着窗外光线的不断变化，空间产生了不一样的光影感受，光线光斑的不断跃动，似流水似云朵，轻飘飘，静悄悄，与空间中设置的较为稳重的家具之间，形成了一种虚实交替，自由浮沉的空间感。在变化中，于无声处自成景。

The design theme Water & Cloud runs throughout the whole space, guiding people into the space to interact with it, and then creates a new scenery and a new "space connotation". when you enter the space, countless plays of light and shadow awaits you here. Space changes with fancy light. Following the fluctuating light outside the window constantly , the space will produce different impression of light and shadow. The ray and light spots are dancing like the flowing water and the moving cloud, lightly and quietly, combined with the substaintiality of furnitures giving the space more freedom and more stability during the alternation of virtual and reality. In the midst of changes, scenery showed silently.

l 空中的艺术画廊

设计师希望，在光与影的交叠中自然而然形成了一个艺术空间，它既是艺术品本身，也是艺术品的陈载与展示处。空间内预留了大量的空白及点景陈列柜体，暗藏的博物馆灯光及挂镜线，都是设计师为营造空中艺术画廊布下的小心机。

Aerial Art Gallery

Designers hope that in the overlaps of light and shadow, an artistic space will naturally be formed, which is not only an art piece itself, but also the place of exhibition for  the works of art. Large areas of blank white and embellishing display cabinets are reserved in the space. The hidden museum lights and the mirror hanging lines are all carefully designed by the designer to create “gallery in the air”.

空间内每一个功能区域都能自成一景，与借入的光影一道让整个空间变得精彩有趣起来。水与云相伴而生，空间与景色相携而成。

Each functional area in the space has its own scenery, and together with the incoming light and shadow, making the whole space exciting and interesting. Water and clouds come together, space and scenery supplement each other.

“我们希望整个空间比较轻，感觉真的在云端，大量的玻璃材质应用，杂糅在空间的每个细节里，能够像镜面一样，反射出周围的天，周围的云，周围的环境。家具的厚重感与环境的轻盈感产生了一种强烈的对比，这种对比让人兴奋让人开心，也让人沉静让人心旷神怡。”

"We want the whole space to be lighter, feel like really in the clouds, a large quantity of glass applications, mixed in every detail of the space, like a mirror, reflecting the surrounding sky, the surrounding clouds, the surrounding environment. The thickness of Furniture and the lightness of environment produced a strong contrast, which makes people happy and exciting, but also makes people calm and relaxed.

l 休闲会客区

此会客区位于整个东西轴线的视线尽头，是一个视线焦点所在。设计师采用园林布景手法，将会客厅置于水面当中，以水为镜，映出周围的环境，将四方之景融此，水天一色，形成一种极具静谧感的空间环境氛围。与几位老友相聚于此，赏着窗外景，品着台前茶，谈天说地，别有一番滋味…… 

Leisure Reception Area

This reception area is located at the end of the line of sight of the whole East-West axis, and is the visual focus of the sight line. Designers use landscape design techniques to place the seat area into the water surface, Using still water as a mirror, reflecting the surrounding environment, blending the surrounding views of landscape, mixing water and sky, forming the tranquility of  space environment atmosphere. Get together with some old friends, enjoying the view outside the window, tasting the tea in front of the stage, talking of everything under the sun, and having a good time lingered over the place...

Daytime-Night Reception Area

l 商务洽谈区

这个项目一大亮点，就是光影关系。大量的透明及玻璃材质应用，设计者将窗外的风景引入到空间之内，把所有景观最佳的视角，都留给了沙发和座椅。人们在空间中停留坐下，面向的不再是电视或者某一个装饰的墙面，而是面向窗外的景观，透过窗外四季的变化，以时间换空间。（这边插入动图标识时空感更好，同一个角度不同时间光影的变化）

Business negotiation area

One of the highlights of this project is the relationship between light and shadow. A large amount of transparent material and glass applications, designers will introduce the landscape outside the window into the space, , The sofa and seat were given the best perspective of all the landscape. People stay and sit in the space, facing no longer the TV or a decorative wall, but the landscape outside the window. Through the changes of seasons outside the window,  Space changes with time. (Motion icons are inserted here to recognize the temporal and spatial sensation better, and the changes of light and shadow at different times at the same angle)

设计师希望在满足空间设计的基本法则和基本原则不变的基础上，空间能有更多人性化的设计，人们在这个空间中能有更多的互动与交流，赋予这个空间更多的意义。在水吧台设置上与会客厅相接，这样的空间布置，利于空间在功能上的相互配合，也利于主人与宾客之间的互动与交流，让空间更为灵动。

Designers hope that on the basis of satisfying the basic principles and principles of space design, space can have more humanized design, people can have more interaction and communication in this space, and give this space meaning. In the water bar setting, it connects with the living room. This kind of space arrangement is conducive to mutual coordination of space in function, and also to the interaction and communication between host and guest, so as to make the space more flexible.

l 门厅

在进入空间之初，三个陈列柜就将人引入到了一个艺术品陈列的氛围当中。弧形白色座椅分置两侧，在视觉上连接起了几个展示成列柜，形成了一种流线和动态感，随着外部环境光影、颜色的变化，与空间很好的融合在一起。功能上，弧线条凳的设置与其他空间区别，自然形成一个门厅等候空间。

Hall

At the beginning of entering the space, the three display cabinets creates an atmosphere of art exhibition. The arc-shaped white seats are arranged on both sides and visually lead to several display cabinets, forming a dynamic streamline. With the variation of light, shade and color of the external environment well integrated into the space. Functionally, the setting of arc benches is different from other spaces, which naturally encloses a waiting area in the lobby.

l 会议室

以一幅黄白蓝为主色调的装饰画作为视觉引导，引人进入会议室区域。桌面采用镜面材质，对周围环境再一次反射，虚与实的交叠，让整个空间变得轻盈丰富起来。点、线的配合，让空间充满了韵律感。深咖色的桌子，金色的圆环吊灯，搭配白色的座椅，空间沉静又活泼，亦如在身处云间。

Conference room

A decorative painting colored mainly yellow, white and blue is used as a visual guide to attract people into the conference room area. Mirror topped desk reflect the surrounding environment again, overlapping virtual and real, so that the whole space becomes lightweight and rich. The combination of points and lines added the space sense of rhythm. The deep coffee stained table, the golden-ring like chandelier, the white seats, Making the quiet and lively space feels as if surrounded by the clouds.

l 隔断

设计师以茶色的玻璃门作为每个功能区的分割。玻璃门本身是动态的，多功能型的。可以作为实墙，也可作为单侧通道。 茶色的利用既能很好的反映出周围的环境，变幻出新的光影感，又能将不同的空间独立分离，满足不同的功能需求，实现不同的接待任务，形成一个有秩序、有节奏的空间递进关系。

Partition

Designers use brown glass doors as the partition of each functional area. The glass door itself is dynamic and multi-functional. It can be used as a solid wall or as a unilateral channel. The use of Brown can not only reflect the surrounding environment, creating new feelings of light and shadow, but also separate different spaces independently to meet multi-function needs. It helps to achieve different reception tasks, and form orderly and rhythmically progressed spaces.

l 色彩

在商务社交区域，基本上每个空间都有不同的色彩，但在整体色彩基调上是以米白色和蓝色作为空间的主要色调，一来是为了呼应“水生云起”的主题，二来伴随着强烈的光影变化，以这两种颜色把控整个空间基调，光线会更为柔和。

Colour

Basically, every space has its color in the business social area, but the tone of the whole space, the main colors of the space are rice white and blue. Firstly is to echo the theme of "aquatic clouds". Secondly, with the strong changes of light and shade, the two colors will domain the whole space so as to  soften the light .

l 私人生活区

推开会议室暗门，就进入到整个平层的私人生活区域。

整体的风格色调以温暖的米白色 米黄色 浅棕色为主，配以暖黄色调的灯光以及皮质家具，理性的线条划分，以及细节处的点线面结合，让空间充满了一种理智的温暖。

Private Living Area

Pushing the hidden door of the conference room, you comes to the private living area of the whole flat.

The overall style of tone is dominated by warm beige, beige and light brown, with warm yellow lights and leather furniture. Rationally divided by lines, and combined by dots, lines and plains as the details, such embellishment makes the space full of rational warmth.
