I love natural and rustic materials and am fond of architectural design, so To cherish things, learn from nature is my design concept. In my opinion ,a house is a world.

云耳匠总部坐落于云南昆明，是一家采耳连锁企业，在全国拥有50多家门店。本项目是为该品牌设计的品牌形象店，位于云南大理。

Location

The headquarters of Yun Er Jiang is situated in Kunming, Yunnan, and is a chain enterprise specializing in ear cleaning services with over 50 stores nationwide. This project involves designing a brand image store for the Yun Er Jiang brand, located in Dali, Yunnan.

接到设计任务后，我们展开了寻觅之旅，探访了同业的其他采耳品牌。这次的旅程有两个目标：一是追根溯源，寻找采耳艺术的根源，二是深入了解国内其他采耳品牌，以创作独具特色的云耳匠专属采耳空间。

Search

 Upon receiving the design task, we embarked on a journey of exploration, visiting other ear cleaning brands in the industry. This journey had two objectives: firstly, to trace the origins of ear cleaning, and secondly, to gain an in-depth understanding of other domestic ear cleaning brands to create a distinctive and exclusive ear cleaning space for Yun Er Jiang.

源

云耳匠采耳馆设计的“源”就是竹，它不仅是一种材料，更是一种文化的象征。云耳匠的创始人，叶奎先生，出生在四川，采耳传统亦发源于这片土地。竹文化是四川文化的一部分，最早使用的采耳工具均为竹材制作。叶先生一直想将竹文化运用到自己的品牌店里，这个想法与我的设计愿景不谋而合。

自然、质朴、环保，不破坏自然，尊崇自然——这是我的一贯坚持。我喜欢自然的材料，也想穷竹之本源，一念一舍一世界。

The inspiration behind the design of Yun Er Jiang's ear cleaning facility is bamboo, which is not just a material but also a symbol of culture. Mr. Ye Kui, the founder of Yun Er Jiang, hails from Sichuan, where the tradition of ear cleaning also originated. Bamboo culture is an integral part of Sichuan's heritage, with the earliest ear cleaning tools being made from bamboo. Mr. Ye has always wanted to incorporate bamboo culture into his brand's stores, a concept that aligns perfectly with my design vision.

Natural, simple, and environmentally friendly—these principles are at the core of my design philosophy. I have a deep appreciation for natural materials and a desire to connect with the essence of bamboo, as each thought, each act, and each world is a part of nature.

我想造一个关于竹的小世界，要像搭积木一样，能够非常快速地组装、拆卸、变形和更换，省时、省力、精确、环保，更低的造价，更高的品质。

应该怎么样去表达和建造这个世界？

把美好的想法实实在在地落地，所需要的是一系列专业思考，以及设计者与被设计对象的身份交换。

Thoughts

I envision creating a miniature world centered around bamboo, where it can be rapidly assembled, disassembled, transformed, and replaced, much like building blocks. This approach saves time, effort, ensures precision, and promotes eco-friendliness, all at a lower cost and with higher quality. How can we express and build this world? ... Turning beautiful ideas into reality requires a series of professional considerations and a role reversal between the designer and the designed object.

我们将竹板加工成相同尺寸的模块，就像搭积木一样，将他们组合起来，形成了竹编般的造型，这构成了空间的“表皮”，这样的表皮能够不断变化，组合出很多种意想不到的形态，我一直坚信，装修并非一成不变，它不一定是“死”的。     

设计的重点在于实现快速组装、快速更换、变形、拆卸，重复利用。这源于最近两年对于模块化装修的一再坚持，自主设计了“颗粒式装修”体系，工厂数控化生产，现场拼装，整个设计实际上是一个产品设计。我希望通过自己的努力，可以让装修变得简单，就像搭积木一样，谁都可以拼装，大量节省时间成本、人工成本、资金成本，更精准、更环保。

Realization

We process bamboo boards into modules of the same size, assembling them like building blocks to create a bamboo-inspired structure that forms the "skin" of the space. This skin can continuously change, producing various unexpected forms. I firmly believe that interior decoration doesn't have to be static; it doesn't have to be "lifeless." The key to the design lies in achieving rapid assembly, quick replacement, transformation, and disassembly, with an emphasis on reusability. This concept stems from my persistent pursuit of modular interior design over the past two years. We've independently designed a "granular decoration" system, combining factory prefabrication with on-site assembly. In essence, the entire design is a product design. My hope is that through these efforts, we can simplify interior decoration, making it as easy as building blocks, accessible to anyone, significantly reducing time, labor, and financial costs, while achieving greater precision and environmental friendliness.

杨永铨，男，白族，出生于云南大理。建筑师、室内设计师，QAD（云南杨永铨建筑设计有限公司）、拾捨民宿创始人，颗粒魔方（成都）科技有限公司创始人，出任创作总监，中国信息科学研究院大国产业创新智库建筑设计行业首席专家，以“敬天惜物、师法自然”作为自己的设计理念，坚守以人为本、追根溯源，形成了独特的设计风格，让中国传统文化的精髓融入当代建筑的灵魂，让富有灵气的土、木、竹、石在华夏大地编织出人与自然的和谐交响，为自然乡野、都市生活、古老传统和未来梦想注入新的思考与活力。
