项目背景

BACKGROUND

叠彩区位于桂林市区北部，作为桂林这一国际旅游名城的“北大门”,占据漓江上游，

拥有得天独厚的地理优势。

Located in the northern part of Guilin City, Diecai District, as the "north gate" of Guilin, an international tourist city,

occupies the upper reaches of the Lijiang River and has unique geographical advantages.

以打造新型城市中心为定位，桂林叠彩铁路旅游生态新城规划建设五大功能分区，结合宜业、宜居、宜文、宜游、宜景的复合式城市功能定位，将叠彩区旧改与棚改项目、新城乡建设、文旅康养开发相结合，打造为兼顾生态宜居和市民休闲娱乐品质的活力新片区——叠彩生态旅游新城。

With the aim of building a new urban center, Guilin Diecai Railway Tourism Ecological New Town is planned to build five

functional zones, combining the compound urban functional positioning of being suitable for industry, living, culture,

tourism and scenery, and combining the old renovation of Diecai District with the shed renovation project, new urban and rural construction,and cultural, tourism and health development,

to build a dynamic new area- Diecai Ecological Tourism New Town, which takes into account the ecological livability and leisure and entertainment quality of citizens.

MENTALITY

旧城改造被赋予了融合产业与城市的发展提升，构建城市整体发展生态的新动力的新

使命。在城市的新生态下，城市展厅也需构筑新价值。

Old city reconstruction has been entrusted with the new mission of integrating industry and urban development and upgrading,

and building a new impetus for the overall urban development ecology. Under the new ecology of the city,

the city exhibition hall also needs to build new values.

以城市地方历史文化为核心，规划蓝图展览为目的，桂林叠彩铁路旅游生态新城城市展厅以“山水新城，叠彩原色”的核心概念，容纳桂林山水人文与铁道社区记忆的经典符号内涵，形成属于这个城市的标志性的“视觉感官”和“精神共鸣”的城市“方言性”话语，打造兼具艺术、生活、教育功能的城市文化新客厅。

Landscape enters the curtain

叠彩生态旅游新城展厅原始建筑为铁道部门的红砖厂房，在群山与丛林掩映中静守着。

The original building of the exhibition hall of the new eco-tourism city is the red-brick factory building of the railway department, which stands quietly in the mountains and forests.

两道间错垒砌的红砖矮墙将步道两旁的绿意归拢，以充满自然生机的仪式感将造访者引向入口。

The two low red brick walls built in staggered layers gather the green on both sides of the trail, and guide visitors to the entrance

with a sense of ceremony full of natural vitality.

建筑周边叠嶂的山峦意象，被提取为展厅入口处的山形屏风，在移步间形成通而不透的变化视感。

The image of the mountains surrounding the building is extracted as the mountain-shaped screen at the entrance of the exhibition hall, which forms a transparent visual sense of change between the steps.

旧忆新译

Old memories and new translations

原始建筑的龙门钢架被完整保留，灯光依循纯白的顶面延伸布局，照亮厂房的结构之。

The gantry steel frame of the original building has been completely preserved, and the light follows the extended layout of the

pure white top surface to illuminate the structural beauty of the plant.

展厅内剥脱处理后的红砖内墙不加粉饰，袒露出岁月的粗糙肌理。

The stripped red brick interior wall in the exhibition hall is not painted, exposing the rough texture of the years.

吊装展板的组件设计灵感来源于厂房原有的滑轮设备。铁路中常见的工字型轨道、枕木、碎石、铆钉等元素，反复运用于展墙与沙盘的设计细节中，以老物件的功能承续，呼应场地记忆的衍生更新。

The design inspiration of the components for lifting the display board comes from the original pulley equipment in the plant.

The common Ishaped track, sleeper, gravel, rivet and other elements in the railway are repeatedly used in the design details of

the exhibition wall and the sand table, and the functions of the old objects continue to echo the derivative update of the site memory.

空间端侧运用厂房建筑的层高优势搭建VR 体验室，上方平台设置与办公空间相接的开

放式茶座，兼具开阔视野与静谧氛围。

At the end of the space, the advantage of the floor height of the plant building is used to build the VR experience room. The upper platform is equipped with

an open teahouse connected with the office space, which has both open vision

and quiet atmosphere.
